Iowa Supreme Court Won’t Hear Appeal Of Dickinson County Man Convicted On Child Endangerment Charge

February 03, 2022 Steve Schwaller

(Des Moines)– The Iowa Supreme Court says it won’t take up the appeal of a Dickinson county man convicted of child endangerment.

The charge against Charles Tewes stemmed from an incident in June of 2019. He was found guilty in Dickinson County District Court. Tewes appealed the conviction, claiming the evidence against him was insufficient. The Iowa Supreme Court determined otherwise and said it won’t consider the matter.
