(Worthington, Mn.)– A single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 90 in Nobles county Sunday injured two people from Arizona.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 28-year-old Christopher Collier of Cave Creek, Arizona was eastbound on I-90 just west of Rushmore when he lost control.
A 1990 Toyota he was driving rolled, winding up in the westbound lane in a construction zone.
Collier and a passenger, 26-year-old Lindsey Dierks of Cave Creek, Arizona, were taken by ambulance to the Worthington hospital and were transferred to Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Collier was being treated for back and neck injuries; Dierks sustained a head injury.
The vehicle was totaled.
The mishap took place shortly after 10:00 a.m.
