(Emmetsburg)—Highway 18 east of Emmetsburg was reopened to traffic today (Tues.).
The road was closed yesterday (Mon.) as a precaution after heavy weekend rains in that area threatened the integrity of a bridge.
D-O-T officials conducted several tests of the structure and found that it was safe to reopen to traffic.
