(Des Moines)– Governor Kim Reynolds has announced the appointment of several northwest Iowans to various state boards and commissions.
Among them is Julie Andres of Dickinson county who was appointed to the State Racing and Gaming Commission; Amber Houge of Emmet county will serve on the Board of Physician Assistants; Kevin Brown of Clay county will serve on the Commission on Community Action Agencies and Loretta Laubach of O’Brien county was appointed to the Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board.. Those appointments are subject to senate confirmation.
Michelle Metzger of Buena Vista county and Jerry Pytleski of Lyon county were appointed to the Northwest Regional STEM Advisory Board.
