Gov. Culver To Speak At Wind Energy Meeting In E’Ville

(Estherville)– Governor Chet Culver will be the keynote speaker at the Iowa Wind Energy Association’s first annual meeting and conference to be held March 27th at the Estherville campus of Iowa Lakes Community College.

The statewide wind organization got its start in the fall of 2007 at the dedication of the new wind energy building at the college when industry leaders started up the association.

Dr. Harold Prior, President of ILCC, has been acting as the association’s interim President.
