(Undated)– The deadline for filing papers to run in September’s school board elections is quickly winding down.
The filing period opened July 9th and continues through August 2nd.
On the Spirit Lake school board, the seats of Beth Will and Ann Goerss are up for election.
In the Okoboji district, the terms of Phil Miklo and Ryan Rohlk expire.
In the Harris-Lake Park School District, seats held by Art Schumacher and Dan Brueker are on the ballot.
And in the Terril School District, seats currently held by Larry Flaharty and Tim Roth are up for election.
School board elections will be held September 11th.
Nomination papers are available at your local school’s administrative office.
