(Rock Rapids)– The execution of a search warrant earlier today (Monday) resulted in the arrest of a George man.
Authorities in Lyon county say 62-year-old Mark Kruse was charged with possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine…2nd offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; and a probation violation. Authorities say Kruse was also wanted on a six-day jail mittimus from Osceola county and a Sioux county warrant for contempt of court with a $5,000 cash or surety bond.
Kruse was being held in the Lyon county jail.
