(Estherville)– An Estherville man has been charged with 50 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor after police say they searched his home and found photos and videos of children engaged in sex.
58-year-old Lowell Johnson was charged after investigators seized two computers and a large number of photos and videos from his home on Sunday.
Johnson was arrested Monday. He’s being held in the Emmet county jail on 325-thousand dollars bond.
If convicted, Johnson could face up to 100 years in prison and fines totaling 250-thousand dollars.
