(Emmetsburg)– An Estherville man has pleaded guilty to a charge of delivery of a controlled substance…a class “C” felony.
Jarod Bandow entered the plea today (Monday) in Palo Alto County District Court in Emmetsburg.
Bandow faces up to a 10-year prison term and a minimum fine of one thousand dollars up to a maximum of 10-thousand when he’s sentenced May 18th.
The charge stems from an undercover drug investigation by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say Bandow and another man delivered a quantity of methamphetamine to an undercover agent during the operation in Emmetsburg.
