(Emmetsburg)– An Emmetsburg man wanted on a warrant for a parole violation was arrested without incident Friday at his residence.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Robert Barker was placed on probation earlier this year on an original charge of enticing away a child.
Barker was booked into the Palo Alto county jail without bail.
