(Spirit Lake)– Dickinson County Supervisors today (Tues.) authorized Assistant County Attorney Steve Goodlow to draw up a letter of engagement with drainage attorney Jim Hudson of Pocahontas. Hudson, who was at today’s (Tues.) meeting, said he would provide advice on drainage-related matters, adding he does not try cases, but would provide background and assistance to an attorney the county would hire for that.
The engagement letter will come back to the supervisors for formal consideration at an upcoming meeting.
