(Spirit Lake)– The site of the December 17th meeting of the Dickinson County Planning and Zoning Commission has been changed to the Dickinson County Community Building to accomodate what’s expected to be a large crowd.
The meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. that afternoon.
The commission will discuss whether or not to make low impact development mandatory in the county’s Zoning Ordinance.
Several lakes area cities, including Spirit Lake and Okoboji, have already adopted the new standards. Several others are considering them.
