(Spirit Lake)– It was formally announced today (Wed.) Honorable David C. Larson is retiring as a district associate judge in the 3A judicial election sub-district effective this coming November 11th.
Judge Larson is a resident of Spirit Lake. He was appointed to the bench April 1st, 1998. Prior to that he spent 17 years in private practice and served as an alternate district associate judge from 1983-1998.
A press release says Judge Larson will continue to serve the Third Judicial District as a senior judge.
