(Spirit Lake)– Elected officials in Dickinson county could be getting up to a five percent hike in pay in the upcoming fiscal year.
Larry Stoller of the county’s Compensation Board told the board of supervisors Tuesday the Comp. Board has recommended a five percent across-the-board increase, along with a one thousand dollar a year stipend for the chairman of the board of supervisors due to added responsibilities of that position.
The supervisors said they’ll consider the recommendations during upcoming budget talks.
