Clay County Traffic Stop Results In Several Arrests

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A traffic stop Wednesday night on Highway 71 in Clay county resulted in the arrests of several people on various charges.

The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy determined the driver, 20-year-old Roxanne Todd of Spencer, was suspended.

It was also determined that there was a protective order in effect between two passengers in the vehicle–18-year-old Brady Lee Timmothy Shuck of Sioux Rapids and 25-year-old Tiffany Virjean Kollasch of Spencer…who was also wanted on a warrant for contempt of court.

All three were placed under arrest.

A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up what’s alleged to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Deputies also found a small amount of what’s alleged to be marijuana on Shuck’s person.

Shuck was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shuck was booked into the Clay county jail; Kollasch was released after posting bond and Todd was released on citations.
