November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– Some cattle russlers are apparently at work in the Spencer area.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says three cattle have been reported stolen from Spencer Livestock Sales.

They’re described as an orange 1,750-pound Angus Bull; a brown 700-pound Jersey Hefer and a redish 700-pound Longhorn Hefer.

Authorities say the cattle were taken sometime between Noon and 3:45 p.m. Monday.

Anyone with any information should contact the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
