Clay Co. Traffic Stop Results In Drug, Alcohol Charges

November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– A traffic stop earlier this week in Clay county has resulted in drug and alcohol charges against a Milford teen.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Michael Stricker of Milford shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of County Road M54 for an equipment violation.

A subsequent investigation resulted in deputies finding what’s alleged to be marijuana and open containers of alcohol.

Stricker was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; underage possession of alcohol; and open container.

He was booked into the Clay county jail and was released after posting bond.
