November 22, 2014

The passenger, identified as 24-year-old Wayne Grimes of Hartley, was arrested along with the driver…47-year-old William Collins of Hartley.

A search of the vehicle turned up about two-fifths of a pound of a marijuana.

Collins was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver…a class “D” felony; a drug tax stamp violation…also a class “D” felony; speeding; driving under suspension; failure to file S.R. Insurance; failure to yield to an emergency vehicle; and failure to provide security…all simple misdemeanors. Collins is being held on a 22,576-dollar bond.
