(Royal)– A single-vehicle rollover Saturday near Royal injured a Peterson man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 84-year-old Russell Click of Peterson was southbound on County Road M-27 when he lost control. The vehicle left the ice-covered road and went into the ditch where it rolled, coming to rest on its top.
Click complained of possible injuries and was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital.
A 2006 Mercury he was driving was totaled.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Royal Fire Department, Everly Fire Department and the Spencer Ambulance.
The mishap took place around 10:00 p.m.
