(Spencer)– Clay county authorities say they broke up an underage drinking party last Friday evening after acting on a citizen’s tip.
Deputies responded to the scene at a location known as “Dead Horse Canyon” at 4200 270th Avenue in Clay county.
Authorities say seven underage people were charged for possessing alcohol. They include Sara Lashbrook, Jonathan Jennings and Tad Andreason…all 18 years-old and from Spencer. Three juveniles were charged for possessing alcohol under the legal age.
18-year-old Josh Allen Smith of Spencer was arrested for public intoxication and minor in possession of alcohol. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
