(Undated)– Several cities in the region have issued special declarations due to the snowfall. In Jackson, a snow emergency will be in effect from 1 AM Saturday morning, January 15th, and will remain in place until all the streets are plowed curb to curb. All vehicles, trailers, ice shacks, recreational vehicles, garbage cans etc. must be off city streets in Jackson by 1 AM on Saturday. City officials say tickets will be issued for all violations.
The city of Spencer’s snow ordinance will be effect tonight (Fri.). No parking on city streets until 7:00 am Saturday.
In Wahpeton, all vehicles need to be off city streets for snow plowing.
A snow emergency has been declared for the city of Milford. No parking on all city streets starting at 2:30 am Saturday, January 15th.
