(Spirit Lake)– A former northwest Iowa congressman has signed on to lead Rob Hubler’s campaign for congress.
Berkley Bedell of Spirit Lake, who served western Iowa in the U.S. House of Representatives for 12 years, will serve as General Chairman of the Hubler for Congress Committee.
The announcement was made Monday.
Bedell will join Hubler Wednesday on a six-city campaign swing across western Iowa’s Fifth District. It’s been dubbed the “Bringing Back Real Representation Tour”.
Stops are planned for Council Bluffs, Atlantic, Denison, Storm Lake, LeMars and Sioux City.
