(Emmetsburg)– An Ayrshire man is in the Palo Alto county jail, accused of having sex with children under the age of 12.
43-year-old James Fay was arrested today (Monday) by Palo Alto county sheriff’s deputies on a warrant charging him with two counts of sexual abuse in the second degree.
Fay was transported to the Palo Alto county jail where he’s being held on a 25-thousand dollar bond.
Sexual abuse in the second degree is a class “B” felony that carries a maximum prison sentence of 25 years.
