(Fostoria)– A report of suspicious activity at a residence near Fostoria over the weekend resulted in authorities breaking up an underage beer party.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy was called to 2115 280th Street after an anonymous caller reported that kids at that location were throwing things at vehicles as they passed by.
Upon arriving the deputy discovered an underage drinking party had been going on at that location. It’s believed some of the juveniles that had been there fled upon the deputy’s arrival.
Two adult males were arrested and charged with possessing alcohol under the legal age. They’re identified as 18-year-old Lucas Hoffmeier of Milford and 18-year-old Kyle Meyer of rural Fostoria.
