(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man faces several charges after police responded to a report of a strong smell of marijuana coming from an apartment at Sunset Heights Apartment Complex at 2702 Sunner Avenue.
Spirit Lake police say officers were called to that location shortly after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Upon investigating, officers determined Joshua Wayne Charles Enderle was outside the building and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
A search of Enderle turned up two bags of what’s alleged to be marijuana. A consent search of Enderle’s apartment turned up what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia.
Enderle was charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Dickinson county jail.
