(St. Paul)– A Mountain Lake man who represents several counties in southwest Minnesota in the state legislature says he won’t seek re-election this November.
In a statement, Rod Hamilton thanks his constituents, saying serving them “has truly been an honor of a lifetime”. Hamilton says he made the decision after spending time with his family over the holidays and decided to focus on some new priorities.
Hamilton represents Minnesota House District 22B which includes all or parts of Cottonwood, Nobles, Redwood and Jackson counties.
