(Emmetsburg)– A man wanted in connection with a domestic incident this past Thursday near Emmetsburg has been taken into custody. 43-year-old Jeremy Rink of Marathon was arrested in Buena Vista county and was extradited to Palo Alto county on a charge of 1st offense domestic abuse assault bodily injury.
