(Spirit Lake)– Officials with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources say the Templar Park State Recreation area on the southwest side of Big Spirit Lake will be closed this Thursday, October 22nd, to install a new modular restroom.
DNR officials say the closure will be for that one day only and will affect the entire Templar Park Recreation area, including the boat ramp and parking lot.
The area is scheduled to reopen to the public Friday, October 23rd.
