(Fostoria)– A boil advisory is in effect for the city of Fostoria.
A statement from Iowa Lakes Regional Water says the order is effective immediately and will remain in place until water samples are satisfactory.
The statement says the advisory is a precaution due to an “unplanned depressurization in town”. General guidelines are on ILRW.org website.
There’s been no word yet on what caused the depressurization.
