(Spirit Lake)– A Spirit Lake man has pled guilty to charges of first degree robbery and possession of marijuana in an incident last summer that resulted in the stabbing of a Milford man.
43-year-old Patrick Miles was scheduled to go on trial next month in Dickinson County District Court.
Miles made the plea as part of a deal with prosecutors. In exchange, several other drug-related charges along with another related to interference with prosecution, will be dropped.
Sentencing is set for this coming July 12th.
