(Milford)– An investigation into a report of a sexual assault that took place back on April 5th of this year in Milford has resulted in the arrest of a Milford man.
Milford police additional victims came forward as the investigation unfolded. It resulted in arrest warrants being issued for a suspect in the case, identified as 22-year-old Rylan Robert Harbst of Milford. He was taken into custody around 12:30 pm today (Thursday) and was booked into the Dickinson county jail on three separate charges of sexual abuse in the 3rd degree… each a class “C” felony, indecent contact with a child…an aggravated misdemeanor, and two counts of supplying alcohol to a minor…a serious misdemeanor.
Milford police were assisted by the Arnolds Park and Okoboji Police Departments and the Dickinson County Attorney’s Office.
