(Spencer)– A traffic stop Monday evening in Spencer resulted in the arrest of a man wanted on several warrants.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a motorcycle being operated by 50-year-old Tim Ohara. Upon investigating it was discovered Ohara didn’t have a valid motorcycle license, that he had no insurance, and that the motorcycle wasn’t registered.
Authorities say they also learned Ohara was wanted on several Clay county warrants.
He was cited for driving without a valid driver’s license, operating a non-registered vehicle and no insurance, and was booked into jail on the warrants. Bond was set at $5,000 cash or surety.
