(Estherville)– A traffic stop earlier this month in Emmet county resulted in the arrest of a man on drug charges.
Authorities say a deputy on patrol the evening of April 9th observed a vehicle being driven by someone with a revoked driver’s license. When the deputy attempted to pull it over, the vehicle picked up speed before stopping a short time later.
An investigation resulted in the driver, 62-year-old Allan Heebner, being arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, eluding a law enforcement vehicle and driving with a revoked license.
