April 21, 2021

(Spencer)– The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation is urging area restaurant owners who’s operations were negatively impacted by the pandemic to take advantage of a new program. Interim CEO Brian Dalziel says the Restaurant Revitalization Fund is a component of the federal government’s American Rescue Plan…Dalziel & Restaurant Revitalization Fund

“The program provides restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss. Up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Recipients are not required to re-pay the funding as long as the funds are used for an eligible purpose no later than March 11th of 2023.”

Dalziel says some informational workshops for those interested in the program will be held locally this Thursday, April 22nd, and Friday, April 23rd. You can sign up and get more information at www.lakescorridor.com or by calling 712-264-3474.
