(Spencer)– An investigation Tuesday evening into a report of a reckless driver landed a Milford man in jail on multiple drug charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies located the suspect vehicle in the parking lot of the Dyno’s Convenience store in north Spencer. Further investigation revealed the driver, 27-year-old Brandon Koch of Milford, was wanted on warrants and that he didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
As Koch was being taken into custody, officers discovered methamphetamine and marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia.
Koch was arrested and booked into jail on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. He was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear on original charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and theft in the 4th degree.
