(Arnolds Park)– We now know the name of the winner of this year’s Rotary Car Drop contest. It’s Jon Collins of Milford.
According to the clock mounted in the car, the actual winning time was 4:58 on Friday, March 19th. The 4:58 ticket wasn’t sold, though, so the winner went to the next closest time, 4:59. That’s the ticket Collins had. It’s good for $1,000.
Collins had been out of town, resulting in a delay by club members to get a hold of him to confirm the winning ticket.
