(Sibley)– Authorities in Osceola county have released the name of a person killed in a hit-and-run collision this past Thursday. The victim is identified as 19-year-old Tyler James Wills of Sioux Falls.
Authorities responded Thursday evening to a report of a person lying on the road on 170th Street about two miles west of Sibley. It was determined Wills had been struck by a vehicle, which left the scene.
They say an investigation in the case is ongoing.
