(Okoboji)– The city of Okoboji will start curbside pick up of yard waste for the 2021 season beginning Wednesday, March 31st.
City Administrator Michael Meyers says grass clippings, leaves and brush must be placed in 30-gallon paper bags or marked containers for curbside pickup. They must not exceed a total weight of 40 pounds.
Branches should also be bundled with the size limited to two inches in diameter, not longer than four feet in length and 75 pounds in weight.
The city of Okoboji will be collecting yard waste each Wednesday during the growing season as weather permits.
