(Armstrong)– A traffic stop back on March 11th on Highway 9 west of Armstrong resulted in the arrest of an Armstrong man.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy observed a westbound vehicle traveling at about 90 miles per hour. The deputy pulled over the vehicle and a subsequent investigation resulted in the driver, 19-year-old Brandon Clabaugh, being found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Clabaugh was arrested and booked into the Emmet county jail on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
