(Spencer)– Minor damage was reported Sunday when a fire broke out on the east side of the roof of the South T Motel in Spencer. Fire officials say damage was contained to the outside of the building.
They believe it was the result of a loose piece of metal flashing that came into contact with the building’s electrical service.
No injuries were reported. Firefighters were on the scene about an hour.
