Man Charged In Stabbing In 2019 At A Spirit Lake Convenience Store Pleads Guilty

(Spirit Lake)– A man charged with stabbing a woman back in November of 2019 at the Kum ‘n Go store in Spirit Lake has pled guilty.

Teangelo Grice entered the plea back on March 2nd of this year to charges of attempted murder and domestic assault, 3rd or subsequent offense. He had also been charged with burglary in the 1st degree and false imprisonment. 

Grice was to go on trial next week in Dickinson County District Court.

The victim has since recovered from her injuries.

Grice was served a warrant on the Dickinson county charges back in February of last year while he was being held at the Milwaukee county jail in Wisconsin. He was then extradited to Dickinson county.
