(Milford)– A number of public hearings are on the agenda for this (Monday) evening’s Milford City Council meeting. One pertains to a major street project the city plans to undertake this spring and summer. It involves the reconstruction of “P” Avenue and 13th Street.
Another is on a proposal to vacate an alley by quit claim deed to an adjoining property owner; another hearing pertains to a change in Fire Department policy the previously had required council approval. Public hearings will also be held on proposed ordinance changes that would do away with a requirement to license dogs in the city and another pertains to the city’s dangerous and vicious dogs ordinance.
The Milford City Council convenes at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be held both in person in the east half of the Community Center and electronically.
