(Armstrong)– The Armstrong Police Chief was arrested Saturday in Martin county, Minnesota.
Craig Merrill was wanted on a warrant in connection with an investigation that has also resulted in the arrests of Armstrong’s Mayor and the current and former city clerks, as we reported earlier.
All have been charged with various felonies and misdemeanors following an investigation that turned up misappropriations of funds and other irregularities.
