(Spencer)– Clay county authorities say a man has been arrested on a warrant for unauthorized use of a credit card.
The Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Christopher Gabbard was served the warrant early Saturday at the Clay county jail.
Bond was set at $2,000 cash or surety.
