(Spirit Lake)– Local authorities say they want everyone to STAY OFF THE ROADS due to whiteout conditions which will continue through the day today (Friday).
In a post on their Facebook Page, the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says quote: “If you choose to drive and end up getting stuck, there is a good chance you will have to wait the storm out in your vehicle. Please don’t risk the safety of yourself or others”…unquote.
A blizzard warning remains in effect for the entire region until 6:00 pm this (Fri.) evening.
