(Spencer)– A Spencer man has pled not guilty to charges associated with a robbery earlier this year of the Casey’s General Store on Grand Avenue in Spencer.
40-year-old Jason Archer was charged with theft in the 2nd degree, conspiracy to commit a felony and burglary in the 3rd degree.
He and his girlfriend, 31-year-old Coty Wolthuis, are accused in the incident that took place back in February of this year.
