(Estherville)– Officials with Iowa Lakes Electric Cooperative are advising their member-owners of the potential for flickering lights and brief interruptions the rest of the day today (Wed.) through tonight and into Thursday. They say it’s the result of a buildup of ice on the lines and very strong wind.
Member-owners with an outage lasting longer than 15 minutes should report it by calling 1-800-225-4532.
ILEC officials also urge everyone to stay away from any downed lines. They can be reported by calling that same number.
