(Windom, Mn.)– One person has died in the crash of a single engine plane Sunday near Windom. Authorities say the victim was the pilot, who’s name hasn’t been released.

The Federal Aviation Administration says the Piper PA-32 crashed shortly after taking off from the Windom airport.
