(Emmetsburg)– A man already in the Palo Alto county jail was served warrants November 30th.
Authorities say 62-year-old Kenneth Clabaugh of Rodman was served warrants for dominion/control of a firearm or offensive weapon by a felon, a class “D” felony, possession of a controlled substance…3rd or subsequent offense…a class “D” felony, unlawful possession of a prescription drug…a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
Clabaugh was already in the Palo Alto county jail on other charges at the time the warrants were served.
Clabaugh was unable to post the $5,500 bond and remained in jail.
