(Inwood)– A two vehicle collision Saturday at the intersection of Highway 18 and 270th Street in Lyon county sent one person to the hospital.
Authorities say 57-year-old Ezequiel Ocampo of Sheldon was driving a 2015 Toyota Highlander northbound on Highway 18 and 21-year-old Kendrick Van Kekerix of Inwood was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on 270th Street when the two collided.
Ocampo sustained minor injuries and was taken to a hospital by private vehicle.
Both vehicles were totaled.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says the collision is still under investigation.
